This dry sparkling rosé, produced in the traditional method is bright and crisp. A small amount of Petit Verdot added to Chardonnay gives this wine notes of white cherry, strawberry and pear on the nose and the palate. Aged 7 months in oak barrels, and spends 18 months aging sur lees in the bottle.
