Grown high in the Argentine desert, this Cabernet has enjoyed dry, sunny days but with nights cooled by crisp Andes air. The result is a wine with bright, ripe fruit that still shows the freshness and restraint that we prize in our Virginia vineyards. The grapes were hand harvested and sorted before undergoing an extended maceration in open-top barrels. After aging for 12 months in a combination of new and old French oak puncheons, the wine was blended and bottled. Drink now through 2027.
