The arrival of Petit Manseng has added a third dimension to our white wines, bringing ripe flavors, lifting acidity, and a sense of tension to the finished wine. Incorporating the distinct elements of each of these three grapes, our white Mountain Plains blend reflects the top selection of our best barrels.
